It's a value judgement. If the two of you like it, that's all that matters.

I believe as long as you both remain honest about it to each other it may not come between you. You might also want to discuss what will happen if one of you decides that they no longer want to participate. Best of luck to you both.

I agree with Ned. You have to be honest. Take it slow. Try starting by meetings some new friends and maybe just having sex with them in the room and do what feels comfortable. But really, you have to be honest and very open. If only one of you enjoys it you have to be ready to handle that. Do you communicate well? You'll need to. Sure, it can be great fun for the right people but beware because once you go down that road it's not easy to come back. I would only recommend trying it if you have a strong relationship to begin with. Otherwise, it could be the beginning of the end.

Rush nothing. If it doesn't feel right--don't do it. It takes a lot of communication and honesty to pull something like this off. Talk, talk, talk, talk... and then talk some more.
