“WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH” is the sound my home crowd makes when I step onto the field.

The supporters are cheering, you feel the warmth on your back, you know the pitch inside out, every divet, every sweet spot. You can run down the wing with your eyes closed, and know exactly when to pull out that slide tackle you been bragging about….

Do we feel more at ease, perform better when in our own bed/alternative? OR is it just in our minds.

We’ve conquered this space before. We are familiar with it. But what about that adrenaline buzz when you walk into a room you’ve never been in before? That little opening in the woods that’s been untouched for decades… Surely there’s something to be said for being led up to a girl’s bedroom, pony pictures white satin sheets & the sweet smell of……..girlie…… (my room smells like a den lol)

I don’t know, I still like to be able to run to the bathroom in the morning and brush my teeth, run back in just as she wakes up to my beaming breath
No but seriously (I was serious u asshole) I think there’s something to be said for both of them, but mostly I like the way football ties work. You play at home, and then away…. And hopefully score on both occasions……

Till next time…..
