Progress Report/Smoking

Well, we were smoking 3-4 pack a day between us. Mr.L went to great lenghts that will be explained later. Yesterday we opened a pack, and we still have about 5 in it.
We are having chest pain, and I am having dizzy spells. I can't do what he's doing. He is retired, and I have a full time job. I have to rely on the word NO.
Mr.L said he is experiencing things that are hard to explain. He has been smoking for 40+ years, I have been for 6. He is/was a much heavier smoker than me. It is impossible for either one of us to get a cigarette when I am at work.
I work in fast food, so I leave early to get something to eat,(I do make healthy choices). This leave him with nothing for 6 to 11 hours, depening on my schedule. I work from 5 to 10 hours a day.
He was going to do the blogging, but is spending a great deal of time in bed, and not wanting to eat. I find myself not wanting to eat, which comes in handy since I want to lose weight before a family reunion next month.
Thank you all for your interest, and I will try to keep up with our progress, but probobly won't be every day. Love to all.

Best of luck! I'm a heavy smoker too...know I need to quit...but haven't the willpower yet. I admire you both! Sending good thoughts your way.....
