I Wanna Lose

So, picture this ...

I was 17 years old, getting ready to graduate high school. I stood 5'10 and weighed 115 lbs. I was way too skinny. But I joined a boxing gym anyway.

Of course, for my height, I was able to out-reach the other boxers in my weight division. That gave me a huge advantage. But my coach wanted to bulk me up anyway.

I had a very fast matabolism, so the weight i put on was almost all muscle. Not bulging, tho', just very firm and very ... muscular.

I eventually worked my way up to the 165 lb. weight division. Very lean, very strong, very firm. Hardly any body fat.

I quit boxing five years later. However, I still weighed 165 lbs. many years after I quit. Of course, it wasn't as firm, but you could tell that I had been in shape.

Now, thirteen years removed from boxing, I weigh a little over 200 lbs. I am saddened when I think back to how I used to look.

So now I have finally decided ... I wanna be a loser. I wanna lose a lot of weight. My goal is to drop back down to 165 lbs. I wanna be lean, I wanna be firm, I wanna be strong. Most of all I wanna look good naked.

I will start on Monday morning. I will work at it every day during the week and then I will rest on Sunday. I will keep you all posted as to me progress with pictures and words. I'll post my beginning picture on Monday ... as embarrassing as that will be. I will then post an updated picture every two weeks.

I will win this losing thing.

Hmm,maybe i should join you in your losing.I think i will.Starting Monday.
