A short trip out of town and jam music.

I'm off to Raleigh in the morning. A working vacation, I love these trips. The trip from Atlanta is a fun one and that means good cruising music. I stopped by Decatur CD tonight, been meaning to do this for quite a while, but you know life and motivation. It is a very cool shop. I asked the owner his recommendation for some classic jam music for the road and I settled on the Brothers' the Atlanta's International Pop Festival from 1970, two Neil Young's earlier works; Zuma and Tonight's the Night( not quite jams but fun to screech to ), Hot Tuna Live from Sweetwater, and my all time favorite screamer John Lennon Sometime in New York City. I guess it's more eclectic than pure jam music. The really cool thing about the trip is my lap top, I'm so connected. Later.>>>itsallfun1957

Betty, judging from what's in your car I can only imagine what you've accumulated over the years. I can flip between Saint Saens Symphony # 3 the ultimate organ jam to Miles Davis to any complicated jam. I guess music is besides associated memories it is also fluid flow of thoughts and concepts. Thanks for your comment and yes I would enjoy hearing about your collection at home as well.>>>itsallfun1957
