I had a meeting with the dietitian this afternoon and she gave me pointers on what to eat. Basically I can eat anything, just smaller portions. How the heck can I gain the 10# that Dr. J says I should do with that kind of diet! I'm at 105 and should be around 115-120. I've lost 2 #'s over the past four weeks, and I was down 5 #'s to start! Could be worse. could have 50 #'s to lose!

One thing she said that I didn't like was to limit my time in the hot tub. So we cut the temp down to 100*

Ran across this saying this afternoon and thought it was beautifully spoken.
