Rice Reading

With all my talk about "The Sleeping Beauty" series by Anne Rice, I was wondering how many people have read these books. It seems to me that there are a lot of people who have, and maybe even people who have but will not admit it.

So, if you have read them, please post a little comment saying you have, and if you are so inclined, let us know your favorite scene. Give us you overall impressions, feelings or maybe even other titles in the same genre that you would recommend.

If you have not read the series, let us know that too, and whether you want to read it or have no intention of wasting your time.

I haven't read the books... but I've heard them mentioned MANY times. Do they do a audio-book version? Actually, I like to read - just thought it would be interesting...an audio version of The Sleeping Beauty series...

Loved them, though it's been years, so I can't pick a favorite scene... Very sensual, very erotic, very dirty... first books to ever make me REALLY blush...

Hey, picked it up today. It was at Barnes & Noble in their fiction department under (OMG!) the author's last name.... as part of my summer reading collection. I usually like an array of books to read; so, I have also chosen....

Hex and the City: Enchanted, Inc. - by Shanna Swendson
Wait Until Midnight - by Amanda Quick
Cape Refuge (Book One) - by Terri Blackstock.

That should, at least , give me some diverse reading this summer.

ps You are right, I probably would be buying all three books of the Rice Collection dealing with the Sleepy Beauty reclaiming.....the collection was $42 in total at B&N....I am purchasing it separately to allow for the diversity for the summer...on my budget.

I'll let you more about my thoughts on the book, as I get to reading it...
