A trip to paradise....sounds good right about now

It’s that time of year again when living in Maine really sucks I’m not a cold weather chick. I’m thinking that a nice tropical island with my feet in the sand sounds good right about now. Why couldn’t my parents have just left me in Hawaii when I was 9?? I tried to convince my parents to move there but they just didn’t see things the same way I do. Some day I will go back but until then I can dream. So where would you be right now if you could be any where in the world? Me, I'd be where ever this picture was taken with no intentions of returning anytime soon.

First of all, the grass is always greener on the other side or so they tell me. lol I live in Texas and would LOVE to live in Maine, (I've never been there)I have a friend who lives there & in the fall he calls me to brag that its sooo beautiful there. I live in Texas. Our seasons are HOT and HOTTER. (and the occasional flood here and there) When I went to Hawaii (on my honeymoon) I never wanted to come back to hell...aka Texas. Kona is BEAUTIFUL... However, my heart still aches for a white Christmas. That pic is gorgeous... reminds me of Passion Island in Cozumel.
Great Question! If I could go anywhere in the world, I would most likely go to Scotland or Ireland... they are close to eachother so I can't choose..lol.

Fall is beautiful here its my favorite time of the year. I guess that is the one good thing about Maine we do have our seasons. My ex is from Texas and both times we went where around April I knew that I would never be able to move down there. I dont mind hot weather but dry heat sucks!

Yeah, it does. So, when you are hating Maine think about Texas during July when the dry heated Hell hits 109 degrees and you can't breathe BUT you can definately BAKE!
