I Was Supposed to be Born Into Royalty

First of all I want to tell you that Housework makes you ugly!

I was born the youngest of seven children. I had two brothers, and five sisters. The boys being the oldest of course. My siblings shared a father, but I was the only one who was blessed with my dad.

I was spoiled, I was the youngest. By the time the hand-me-down clothing got to me after going through four other girls, they were not good enough to cover anything. Cheese cloth comes to mind. So I would get new clothes. This, of course, made my other sisters mad.

When my one sister was seven, I was one, she would steal my bottles from me and drink them.

Trying hard to remember details from my life.

Back to my title of supposing to be born into royalty. I detest housework of any kind. I don't like to clean, I don't like to do laundry, if I could afford it I'd hire a maid. This is why I believe I was supposed to be born into royalty. I would have a servant for everything.

No matter what I did, my servants would be there to clean up, pick up or tidy anything I messed up.

I was talking to a friend of mine, a perspective man in my life and he told me, "All I want is someone to love me for who I am and I'll love her for who she is. She'll have the house clean when I get home..." *giggle*

I interrupted by asking, "This is providing she does not work right?" *giggle*

"Wha..?"

"Uhm, if she works over 40 hours a week and you do too, you can't possibly expect her to do all the house work!"

"Well, uh, I like to do housework."

"That's nice, but if you ever think of hooking up with me, you'll hire a maid."

Have I told you lately how much I detest housework? I hate it so much it takes me longer to clean, because I am easily unmotivated when it comes time to doing it.

BRIGHT LIGHT POPS ON!

Now I understand why it takes my daughter to long to do her homework!

I took the day off today because my children are sick. I feel fine, and I find this the perfect opportunity to get some very much needed housework done. I just have to vow to stay away from the computer, and I should be just fine.

I think I'll log off of AdultFriendFinder and go take a nap... clean... I mean clean... er... uhmm nap. Yes, a little nap before I start cleaning!

See if I was just born into royalty my troubles would never exist!

Inspirational Thought:

"There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other.

-- Douglas Everett, American Hockey Player

up until I lost my job... I did pay for it... and I'll tell ya..it's great to have someone come in and do all the laundry, dusting..etc. while you nap or play on computer...or whatever you want to do...while they do all the work.

But my reasons for paying for it wasn't cuz I don't like to...on the contrary.. I do and I like a clean house... but my herniated disc in my back....causes me a great deal of pain and so it's hard for me to do some of it... only cuz it takes me 3 times as long.

I'm fine in general as far as my back pain...but if I do a lot of physical labor... then it flares up.

Thank goodness sex doesn't cause me discomfort...that would really, really suck.

Let me know Dusty when you want to come down and spend the day...we'll go to the Red Door Spa...(I'll need to call them in advance and set up the day) and get pampered...Just like ROYALTY...(I can go for a little pampering myself..it'll be good for us)and have lunch somewhere cool. Have you ever been to the Bum Steer here in Tucson? It's a neat place. Can't wait to meet you..we'll have fun.

~~~ Just me, poppin to say HI! ~~
I have a seminar in Tucson on the 28th of this month. If I can swing it, I'll leave early the morning of the 27th and we can do the spa stuff then. I'll let you know. It will be great to make a connection with another blogger.
    I think *I* should've been born into royalty for the same reason... housework is a damned bummer!
    And I totally agree with what you said to your male friend... if a woman works a 40 hour week as her man does, then the housework should be shared equally or else a maid should be hired, for sure!!!
I knew there was more women who thought like I did. I always knew that you and I were two peas in a pod.
