Amazing Animals

A little mutt dog saved my sons friends lives by barking and warning them of the smoldering mattress that was burning from a cigarette. Had it not been for that sweet little dog, three boys I consider my sons would have been dead. More than likely they would have died of smoke inhalation before they burned. That little dog is a true hero.

one of my cats "talks" to me. he tried to tell us when our house was getting robbed in the middle of the night. but stupid me... i told him to shut up and that i would fill his food bowl in the morning. he talks well, better than i listen.

Now I'm stepping a little beyond the boundaries of your helpful little doggie friend and his early warning system but I feel a need to say this.

Animals (ironically stated as if humans are not one) quite definitely are quite superior knowledgewise to man in so many areas that it's ridiculous. Man with his idiotically limited idea of what knowledge is and by quite wrongly placing him/herself at the entire heap of creation itself has blinded him/herself to much of this wisdom and truly bonafide knowledge.

I have a whole load more I'd like to say about this and not all of it is uncomplimentary to the human Animal but I now feel myself nodding off right and left so I will attempt to retire and collect my dreamtime REM pension in sleepytimeville.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

digdug41 I reminded them of that very fact yesterday. That little dog is more a hero in his short five months on this earth than some people are their whole lives.

titsandtires kids are also the same way. My children have warned me of certain men I have been dating, and I ignored them, onlhy to find out their intuition is greater than I expected.

KC_JJ Yes, I agree that animals are smarter than their human master/mistresses admit they are. My dog is very smart, but her offspring is about as smart as a box of rocks. I do love them both very much, though.

The great spirit made certain animals, dogs especialy able to be our friends companions and sometimes lifesavers they comfort use in times of need protect us in times of trouble they are the only animal on the face of the earth that can do this, funny how that is isn't it.

That's weird, because the same thing happened to me...kinda' reversed though. See, my neihbors' doghouse caught fire one day. I heroicly rushed in to save him. Only it turns out the fire was an insurance job, fucking dog bit me, and now I'm in the witness protection program because of one of those superintelligent outlaw barker gangs.
Thanks for opening those old wounds people.

desertsunbare How exciting to be in the witness protection program! Sorry about your injuries. I don't mean to add salt to the wound. *grin*
