Migraines suck

Sitting here working away, and I get this lovely Migraine.... How I would love to find a true cure or at least a good way to get rid of these. After 4 excedrin it still hurts. I would take my good drugs, but they just make me feel so sick... I hate them and these headaches.....

E-mail me privately, I specialized in migraines as a holistic practitioner. I've also had them all my life. I'll tell you some stuff you can do. These are only suggestions, not a doctor, don't look like one, don't play one on TV. But this won't mess with anything the doctor gave you.

I have been getting Migraines for a few years... last year, got them almost every day. Found out my computer screen was part of the problem. Got me a flat screen, it helped alot. I also currently take 500mg of Magnesium everyday which has helped, but wish it did more.

Headache is still going somewhat strong.... just got done with another cup of coffee and just thought I would check email and such.

two41and14two.... I have to say you look wonderful, even sitting here with my head throbbing I can see that.

My therapist use to get them.
And while on the subject this is how she got rid of hers for the most part.

Sounds strange......

But one tip was to put her feet in a pan of HOT water.
As hot as she could stand it.
It has to do with the blood flow.
But it does work for bad headaches.
Sometimes I just get a bad headache.
And this tip does work.

But how she got rid of hers for the most part was.
Over stimulation.
She was a nurse at the time.
Would get off work and have a migrane.
But still had work around the house to do.
So she would get on the riding lawn mower and mow the lawn.
Yes the extra noise about drove her nuts.
But it also helped over stimulate the brain.
And in the long run.
She found when she had a migraine,
She would do tasks that were LOUD.
And now hardly ever gets them anymore.

She does know others who have done the same thing.
And it has worked for them.
But said it about drives you nuts in the mean time.
But how worth it is it to you.

Talk to your doctor about overstimulation of the brain.
For reducing migraines.

Just my 2 cents.
