Slow-moving whirl-wind?

I start another new job Monday. Not the best, it's a seasonal job (Fall and Spring), but I get paid to play on the computer Not the internet though. I can't remember what my actual title or job is, but it's at a photography studio. I've had a few other job interviews though... and Monday is far away. Maybe I'll have a new update by then.

And *eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!* i'm going to california this coming week It's supposedly one of, if not THE, worst weekends for travelling... but I don't care. I love flying... (went to pick a visiting friend up at the airport once, and had to battle the urge to say "he can fend for himself!" and hopping the next flight out, to wherever it was going.) So... anybody know what fun stuff there is to do in Sacramento?? I asked a hotel guest the other day (LIVES in Sacramento) and he said "Nothing."

Last week I chatted with a religious friend... it was a very good and appreciated chat. Something he said just made me so happy to hear... it made me feel like "I'm not alone"... and just so hopeful. Probably won't mean anything to anybody else... might not even make any sense. But I'm sharing it... just in case. Plus, posting it saves it until I get around to writing it on paper.

what we believers can do is simply drag each other n push and drag n push...each other closer to Him along the way...all the way

As far as Sacramento goes: My sis lives there, she took me to this neat shopping/dining area, I think it's called Old Town. There is the river there, I don't know if they do river tours or dinner cruises, but something to look into.

Good luck with the job stuff!

Good luck at the new job! Or whatever, newer, better one comes your way really soon! And the trip would be cool, too. Any particular reason for Sacramento? Friends? Bloggers? Or just a cheap plane ticket to somewhere that you aren't right now?

Yeah, you were right. It didn't make much sense to me, but I suspect that there is a lot of context and history behind this quote that I'm not aware of. As long as it had meaning for you, it's worth remembering.

BIG hugs,

reason: SkyKnight2005 if you remember he came up here a few months ago to meet me. I'm going down to visit and see where he lives, meet his family, where he works, etc. Before he moves up here in November. (hope it's OK for me to say this?)

and the quote.. mostly it's just about ... everybody supporting eachother and helping eachother reach their goals ... even if it means pushing and pulling one another at times to help over the rough spots. Like "We're all in this together".
