Well it's 10:30 on a Sunday night... and the last half hour has sucked ... lost my car keys my parent's place. Fortunately I keep a spare set in my wallet ..and it's a real good thing I didn't lock my car door since I left my wallet in my car....

That has been one of the other "fun" things that's happend in the last year ... I'm becoming more of a scatter-brain ...lock my keys in my car, leave head lights on... misplacing things, locking myself out of the house (& nearly out of the appartment)....

I guess the worst part of all this is I didn't used to be anywhere near this bad ...sure I'd forget to eat occasionally, but my keys were in my pocket, my headlights were off ...and I generally knew where I could find something after I set it down... and I'm just not sure why it's happening.. or what's causing it...

I guess that's also the frustrating thing for me right now I'm not sure what direction I what to head (other than in the social aspect) ....math, engineering, physics all seem so simple now and while I'd like to push those boundaries I'm not sure I should ...becasue I look around and I see all the junk that's taken over people's lives and the loss of quality interaction... and I can't help but wonder "Do we really need more?" sure the stuff in Star Trek seems like it's almost here (go look around and you might agree it's not that far off) but what good will it do?

That happened to me, for a very little bit, back some time ago. It was frustration, too many things whirling around in my head. A lot of people get the same way when they are stressed for whatever reason.

Once I relaxed it all came back in together again. Like your educational goals, just sit down and literally write out all the pro and con on each thing -- you already know the answer if you look close enough.

understandable, although things have been starting to pull together a bit more compared to what they were several months ago...
