It that time of year when people gather in Shelby to have some fun at the Fair. Where people walk by you and wonder to they want to play? The way they dress says yes. The way they look at people says they are curious. Only if there was a way to tell them apart from everyone else. That is ok it is fun just wondering and fantasizing. Oh but would it not be fun to find people that wanted to play.
