Tuesday Night Ramblings: The Waiting Is The Hardest Part...

Thoughts that go through my head while I won't back down:

* I'm sure when Huey Lewis wrote "Hip to Be Square," he'd never envisioned it being sung by a bunch of dancing cartoon squares.

* You haven't lived until you've been told at Toys R Us by one of their employees "Uh sir, those are for kids, not adults."

* There's comedy, there's high comedy, there's transcendent comedy... then there's movie reviewer Joel Siegel's reaction to Clerks 2. After 30 years, THAT is the film that finally causes you to walk out midway through out of disgust? You mean, Caligula didn't do it? Ken Park failed to accomplish that? Not even From Justin to Kelly? Wow, just... wow.

* When I run my own network one day, I'm going to have every stupid-yet-highly-enjoyable reality show there is. And Tom Bergeron will host them all!

* After visiting the As Seen on TV store, I'm doing all my Christmas shopping there. It's not like anyone in my family needs the Pasta Express, but that won't stop me from giving it as a gift! And think about it... wouldn't THAT be the gift that keeps on giving?

* Damn, I'm bored.

And last, but not least...

* Something about cryptogram just disturbs me.

It just does.

"Today may be the first day of the rest of your life, unless you live on the other side of the International Date Line, then yesterday was the first day of the rest of your life."- Larry Andersen
