A Good Day!

Today has been a good day so far. Not many aches and pains and I have had energy to accomplish tasks ahead for the week.

I divided the pot of WW veggie soup into individual containers so I can quickly warm it up when the binge monster rears his ugly head this week.

I am almost caught up on the laundry instead of having to look at it Monday morning.

I am deciding what colors to paint the living room and dining room. I am rewarding myself with NON food items each time I lose five pounds. New carpet will be put down when I reach the 30 pound mark. Last week at 20 pounds I treated myself to a sassy summer haircut. Everyone says it makes my face look thinner...I LIKE THAT!

I feel myself coming out of the "fog" that has encompassed my mind for the past 2 years. It's a wonderful feeling!

GOOD Show!! I'm happy for your successes and proud of your drive and accomplishments! I get the feeling you'll have so many successes, you'll drain the checking account to a mere pittance!

That soup sounds good, I'm going to the grocery tomorrow , think i'll make up a batch as well. Thanks for the reminder.

I am not in a situation to reward myself monetarily. I just give myself a treat now and again. I had an ice cream cone yesterday but I gave half to the dog. No we did not alternate licks.

I had a good hard gym workout so I don't feel tooo bad about that ice cream, I remember it fondly.

Good to hear someone being happy and enjoying life

Well I have to say that im proud of you, it feels so wonderful when you are ahead of yourself, and your so motivated on getting things done, and the fact that it IS getting done.

Treating yourself like a haircut is a must, you feel so good that you need to reward or treat yourself, at the end you feel even better !

I was in the "fog" after my wife left for the longest time without detail i had family help me out into the clearing and into the sunlight and i just started running on my own from there once again, and what keeps me goin is other peoples encouragements and from that im able to face society, be with friends, and of course keep up around the house.

Loosing weight as you know is never an easy task, you have to be motivated, the WANT has to be in the picture as well. Keep up the good work and keep your body safe, yet when get to the carpet keep us posted on the diffrent color or if its going to remain the same brand/color ect.

I am happy to see you feeling better, and feel like doing things. I bet you look great with your new hair cut.

Since I live myself, I cook a regular amount, and put individual servings in the freezer, so I do not have to cook every day. Some days I am hurting too much, and do not feel like cooking.

Take care.
