Sports is my orgasm...whats yours...?

I'm a huge sports fan...always have been always will be....A good reason why I’ve been so behind on blogging is the World Cup and before that the Stanley Cup....I cant seem to miss a game...hell I try not to miss a game...I'm helplessly glued to the television the minute I see a game on....Naturally on a Brasil playing’ll see me sick and at home ....

Sports to me is like my ultimate own little orgasm....I get the high from watching soccer to golf...from golf to hockey and so on and so on...I just cant seem to get enough of it...I walked into work yesterday wearing Brasil socks...Brasil shoes...a tight Brasil t-shirt and Brasil pants...What can I say dressing down is always fun...its even more fun trying to tick the senior partners off...Their England fans ...! I'm one of those crazy ass chicks..who no doubt if was in Germany right now would have her face all painted up and would be screaming at the top of her lungs on the streets....

So how about you sports you have a team your cheering for in the World Cup....are you a sports fanatic like me....or are you not into sports at all....Sports is my ultimate orgasm what would be yours...?....Go on tell me....any and all the Sports that appeal to you..?

Well, I'm in Germany trying to avoid all the happy German fans at this very moment !

.... I don't need to watch any Germany matches I just wait for the car horns outside my appartment to announce their wins! .....

As a Cornish guy, of course I support England
.... but only whilst they keep winning !!!

Live with passion !

Wasn't the passed two weeks just the most awesom in sports life! The World Cup, the Stanley Cup, The College World Series, all the Golf Tourneys, ML Baseball and I'm sure there is something else in there I forgot about. But OMG it was just Sportzgasmic, wasn't it?!
I love this time of year!! Glad I'm not the only one that found it so enjoyable!

I have to say it seems like you are the female version of me. Sports aren't just something you do for fun, it's what defines life. Brazil vs. Germany in the final. You haven't even seen Brazil start trying yet, there was a glimmer of what they are capable of against Japan.

My prediction:
Germany vs. Italy
England vs. Brazil: England getting lucky to make it through.

Germany vs. Brazil: Brazil winning. Ronaldo Setting the record with a career total of 18 goals. Klose winning the golden boot with 7 goals.

Also a sports fan (not a fanatical one though)... during my youth I was active in e.g. athletics, ice hockey, football (not the american style), handball, skiing (downhill and cross country)... nowadays it愀 limited to my motorboat, golf, downhill skiing and jogging... so, for sure I惴 a sports fan... but if sports is my ultimate orgasm; no, there are still other ways

hmmm where should i start. u said sports is ur ultimate orgasm. well im a huge sports fan too, but to the degree of getting nut right here in the living room lol. but my favorite sports is football i like the san francisco 49ers in the nfl and i like the auburn tigers in college.. GO WAREAGLES!!!!!! i like hockey too but dont have a fav team sense gretsky retired. basketball is awesome go lakers. and if u can call it a sport i like nascar very much. i know i know its a big left hand circle but come on alot can happen in that big ass circle. the drivers get restless and then the psysical and mental fatigue starts to set in then u never know what will happen. hence the death of the man dale earnhardt. no one can say that racing is fake. i dont believe his death along with other drivers were on a script sheet.

I played soccer for 10 years growing up in Ohio. When I moved to a small town here in North Dakota my freshman year in hs, everyone was like "what's soccer?" So then I played football for several years. Naturally, i kicked. Also played o- and d-line. I was rooting for the US, but since they lost I'm pulling for my 2nd fav team, Italy. In non-World Cup soccer, I follow the Columbus Crew and try to keep tabs on my fav player, Brian McBride, as he now plays for Fulham.

I'm definitely a sports fan, especially college football and racing, any kind of racing. Soccer is way down on the list though. I can't get excited about a game where about 60 guys kick a ball back and forth on a 40 acre field and some how can't kick it in a 100' X 100' open net. Yea there's the drinking and rioting but that gets old after awhile.

American football - Dallas Cowboys
Baseball - any team that beats the Houston Astros
Basketball - the Texas team with the best record
NASCAR - I like Jimmy Johnson, Mr. Bambi likes Jeff Gordon

World Cup - I root against the Americans. Since its not a "real" sport here like it is in the rest of the world, we don't deserve to win.

I'm going against the grain! I'm not much of a sports fan. I find it boring to watching sports on TV. Love to play the game (Football, Soccer, Frisbee, Golf, Hockey), but sitting glued to a TV for hours while the sun is out... blah.

I was in Brasil during the '98 match, if France shines early Brasil may lose momentum. But they seem to have been picking up the energy level last round. The players are savants with the ball, no equal go green and yellow. Pss, im UK born but England and Brasil make for strange bed fellows!

Amber, you sweet thing, finally something we agree on.
Sports... where would you like me to start.
Not only do I participate but I coach and officiate in them as well.
My main pleasure is hockey, worked at an arena for 7yrs while i was going through high school & college.
Next would be Baseball, Lacrosse, Golf, Basketball(i even run a camp in the summer with several NCAA head coaches.Last year one of the kids received a scholarship) Volleyball, Badminton, Flag Football and my least favorite Football(Soccer, but I've coached for three years)

Hockey - I stopped watching NHL hockey for the past 5-6yrs, till this year. This past season I found it more enjoyable, But I prefer a JR A, OHL or a Marlies game. These Kids want to be here, and try their hardest almost all the time because they love the game. As a scout helping kids move on, it's one of life great pleasures.
Next to SEX and actually playing the sport well. Just like hitting that sweet spot on your driver and the ball just springing off the club face , screaming through the air in a line drive that continues to rise the further it goes, with that lofty decent, onto center of the fairway. Just make me want to cream my Jeans.

I don't watch sports. Yup, I'll say it again, I'm a man and I don't watch sports. Spectatorship just doesn't do it for me. I don't care how good they are. I think it's absurd the way people make heros out of athletes and can remember every stat. of every player, but can't even remember their own postal code (zip code).

On the other hand, I do enjoy participating in any sport. That's a rush! Some of my favorites are/were rockclimbing, rollerblading, football, soccer, hockey, archery and lawn bowling. (Is hacky sac a sport?)

My ultimate orgasm, in the sports world, would have to be sky diving. I'm dying to try it. I hear it's good to the last drop.

I actually co-hosted a sports-talk radio show for two years. I sat at home and watched seven hours of US Open Golf a couple of Sundays ago on a sunny summer afternoon and considered it a perfect day. I sit home every Saturday night that HBO has a Boxing After Dark program scheduled. I'm probably surrounded by 25 or more pieces of Miami Dolphin memorabelia right now. I still have broken shit in the corners of my livingroom from when UConn lost to George Mason.

Amber, aren't you Canadian?? Why root for Brazil? I don't get it. I suppose I rooted for the USA until they got knocked out early, but only in a very general "go home team" kinda way.

Because the truth is, I would rather do my taxes while having my ass hair waxed then watch soccer. Good god I don't understand why people watch this sport. 90 minutes of people milling about non-stop only to end in a 0-0 tie? No thanks.

I looooove football. I live for football season. I enjoy baseball too, but not right now when the Cubs are sucking it hard. Most other sports I don't get into. I don't like sports where there is no pause in play, just an endless chasing of a ball up and down a field (or a puck on ice as it were). Hockey, basketball, soccer...these sports just annoy me. I like games where both strategy and tactics are employed, and there is some sort of "turn based" system of play.

There aren't too many of them however. That is why football is the greatest sport ever invented. It is the ultimate marriage of strategic planning, tactical decision making, and pure physical prowess.

Love the world cup, even though it's not heavily promoted here in the states. Sure it would be great if the U.S. could have gone all the way, but let's be realistic here. I mean really. I root for Germany, because of my German roots and the fact that it's a team that at least has a chance of doing something in the Cup! And yeah, volleyball, on the beach, that's almost worth moving to San Diego for. I even golf but not very much any more. I need something, faster, sweatier. Here in da swamp they play basketball which I really suck at. I keep thinkin it's football and they throw me outta the court.
