Help me!

I went to my Aunts house over the weekend and guess what she had? A litter of kittens sitting there starring up at me with those big beautiful eyes, just screaming *take me home* the animal lover and SUCKER I am, I took one home...

So here he is all perched on my lap and looking pretty and I cant think of a single name to call him! Hes been knowing as *hey you* the past two days!

He's a little boy Persian mixed with something, hes just to cute for words, but I'm stumped, hes white and grey with a tad bit of orange in him, fluffy as they come and quite the little devil! (I have the scratches to prove it!)...

No matter how much I try, how many name sites I go on, I cant think of one! I think having one to many animals can do that to you!

So for the love of Jesus, PLEASE help me !

How about fluff-n-stuff, he's fluffy and sometimes 9after the scratches) you'd love to stuff him in a sack.

well hon...hate to do this. I absoulutely love your dogs you know that (especially the big one) but I have to confess that I'm not a huge fan of cats.

How about Strat.

Strad = Short form of Stradivarius (the best violin ever made)..I won't get into the contribution that cats made to these priceless pieces of antiquity

Ok...you can slap me now...seriously though...I love your dogs

How about Smokey? I have a litle gray & beige cat named Brandy. I'll have to post a pix of her sometime. She's 13 now, still cute and spry. Gives me head-butts in the morning to wake me up and reaches her paw up to pat my cheek when it's past bed-time....

how about "Cyrus"; the name of the founder of the Persian empire, to stay with some of his roots. Or if you want more of a "pet" name...I like "Smoke."

Persian, you say?

Name him Rumi after the most famous Persian poet and Lover of all time. Look it up on Google, babe!

(I had a cat named Xerxes once. Rumi is a lot more cool, believe me!)

Well I can't think of a damn thing... especially not after all those great suggestions.. But when I had pets, I always made up their names, so that they were more interesting and unique than the norm..

Good Luck!

How about Patches, or Pat Tricks... He is very lucky that you love him so much.. We can't pass up any sad eyes either.. That's why we got 7 dogs, and around a dozen cats... LOL We keep finding them all good homes.. We are like Noah's Ark, we just can't see any animal being abused, or put down..

Hi Amber,

Thanks for the inspiration about our pets. Decided to post that photo and couldn't resist a little humor to go with it. See my post Cats and Dogs. I have a friend with a cat named "Blue." That's kinda catchy. Then there was Schnaaps, Muffy and Jelly Bean (born at Easter). Good Luck!

What are the names of your other animals? Lucky is a great name for a cat(It is the name of my first cat, and nothing is more suited to him) so you cant go wrong with it. You might want to make sure the name fits into the family also.

I think I would give my animals 'human' names lol. Like Paul for a male cat.

I'm not really into "fluffy" type names. Although we do have cats named "Sticky" "Sooty" and "Smokey" at my parents house lol.

I have 2 cats... a Natasha (Tasha for short) and a Sassy Bitch (Sassy for short). Yes: that really is her name. and yes: it most DEFinately fits her My mom and bro named her. I tried desperately to come up with something better but... it just fits her too well. Does your new kitty have any outstanding personality traits?

Ovid is cool, also Orpheus, Ovid was a brilliant writer in ancient Greece, he wrote the Ar's Armatoria; 3 books, but he wrote book one for men on how to seduce women and also he can up with a guide for for on how to apply make=up and choose what way to dress and wear ur hair by body type, this guy was the first and ultimate player in ancient history, his 3rd book tells women about how to see through mens scams and ploys. lol30sjazz30sjazz
