New Years Resolutions

Now that we have come to yet another end of a year, it is time to reflect on the past 365 days and resolve to change in one way or another.

I have been giving this some thought over the past few weeks because I am not entirely happy with my life at the momemt - too much work, too little exercise and way too little relaxation.

The work will never go away, in fact its likely to get worse - I guess I will have to live with that.

I can go to the gym more often to exercise, which would help counteract my working stress. I do plan on doing this.

However, there is a perfect activity that not only provides a high level of cardio-vascular benefits, its also an excellent way of 'de-stressing' or relaxing. Sex...

I know that many couples after a while end up having sex as if it were a chore or task, and it ends up being unexciting and redundant in some ways.

I went through this myself before I realized that sex was so much more.

Its quite something to take 2 people, from different pasts, different locations, different lives and put them together in a room for the first time and they spend it tasting, experiencing feeling and sharing their most intimate parts.

I get so turned on when I know I can meet someone and soon after have then naked in my bed, wanting to touch me, suck me, fuck me.

It doesn't have to be with someone you love - it just has to feel right. Its not about the orgasm (although I expect many a guy to disagree), its the whole experience. Sometimes taking a girls panties off slowly is more sexy then lying on top of them trying to get a rhythm going.

So... My New Years resolution is to stop and smell the roses - enjoy the womans body the way it was intended.

When it comes to new years resolutions, I find they tend to fail because it just seems like so much all at once. People are not taking it one day at a time, they think of it more as the whole year. That can be extremely overwhelming for people, and they just set themselves up to fail right from the start. To truly succeed at the "New Years Resolution" you must have a plan and set up small goals for yourself throughout the year. Don't think of it all at once, take baby steps. I wish everyone success in the new year. My resolution is to finally get my 6 pack and get rid of the love handles.
