I'm raising money for a life transplant

I hate change, it makes me hostile. They changed my schedule at without me knowing it... I mean I knew they were going to, just not yet. I am supposed to be at work now. I had some plans for today/today that I have to cancel. UGHHHHHHHHHHH

Hey Mac Bummer - so will the new schedule be better once you have a chance to plan for it?

My work use to do that with us on a regualr basis. 8 hrs became 10, then 10 became 12 and the days ran into each other until we rose up and demanded a day off. Well, you got to love the goverment, NOT!
So I finally quit.
Now I have my ... freetime? Dang, I need a schedule now

warm huggies 2ya
dang them for taking away your play time!

At least, Mac, you're not fending off 81 year old lechers at work. (Are you?)

The worst of it is not being able to say "OK, I'll start the new schedule next week" or "Wednesday" or when ever it seemed to better fit. Out of control is never fun.

I'm sorry to hear that, Mac. Kick 'em in the shin for me, OK?

Warning: cribbed with my own mods from my favorite sci-fi author.

Regardless of any org charts, all companies have three departments -- a Surprise Party department, a Practical Joke department, and one small department with one elderly clerk, usually out on sick leave, the Fairy Godmother department (who is responsible for raises and promotions).

I think the first two conspired in your case.
