Meal replacement shake.

Not for the lactose intolerant.

1 cp fat free plain yogurt.
1/2 cp skip milk.
1/2 cp 1-2% cottage cheese

Blend until smooth. This is the MR base.


Reese's PB cup:
1 pkt Roundy's no sugar added Instant hot cocoa mix.
2 tbsp smucker's natural peanut butter, chunky or creamy, doesn't matter. Substitute 1 tbsp Olive oil for those allergic to peanuts.

Blend until smooth.

Calories: 563 (473 if OO used)

Protein: 43g
Fat: 18g (16g if OO used)
Carb: 44g (38g if OO used).

Other options, not tried:

Black Forest:
1 pkt hot cocoa mix.
1 cp cherries.

Looking for more.
