New Pussy and Harder Workouts


My roommate just got a cat. Her name is Cali (as in short for the state), and she's about 8 months old. She's adorable, and very affectionate. Here's the problem, though. I'm allergic to cat hair. And my bedroom door doesn't close all the way. So when my roommate's not home, and Cali knows I'm here, since she's such a slut for attention, she will push my door open, and mess around in my room, shedding as she goes. It won't be that bad though. Like I said, she's adorable, and I have antihistamines, plus my roommate's knocking $100 off my rent starting next month to help take care of her, something I really need.

Also, my workout routine has been increased. The sheet my trainer at work gave me when we started had two different 5-excercise circuit reps that I did 3 times, bordered by some cardio. Now that that sheet's been well filled after a month plus of the workout, he's decided to up the ante. My Tuesday workout (cause there are different excercises and muscle focuses on Thursday) includes:
5 minutes on the treadmill to warm up
Walking Lunges - I did these before, but relatively stationary, now I walk the length of a wall and back.
Wall Ball Squats - That stays the same as last time.
Step-up Hops - I don't know what the full term is, but basically, I put my foot on a platform three inches off the ground, then hop up, switching feet in the process.
Hamstring Curls - Those were part of my Thrusday routine, but now they're on Tuesday, and the weight's been upped.
5 minutes on a stationary bike after I've done the first half of the circuit 3 times.
Wood Chops - They don't give me an axe, obviously, but I use a 4lb. ball and make the swinging motion from waist to shoulder, simulating chopping wood, to stretch my oblique muscles.
Stomach Crunches
Lower Back Extensions - I lean against an apparatus, so that I'm pressed in at a 45 degree angle. I then let my upper body fall forward, then pull myself up, using nothing but my own upper body and back strength.
5 minutes of cooldown on the treadmill after I do that part of the circuit 3 times.

Look out ladies, Billy's gonna be BUILT!
