Alterations to the Workout

Figures, one day in, and I gotta make changes.

First, the HydroxyCut. I'm an idiot. The bottle says to take three pills 30 to 60 minutes before a meal. That part I got fine. Here's what I missed:

1) For the first three days, I'm only supposed to take one pill, then two for the rest of the week, THEN go up to three. Taking the full dosage right from the off caused me to have hot flashes for the last two days.

2) In even smaller print than the reduced dosage chart was a clause saying that each pill contained caffeine equal to 3 CUPS OF COFFEE! That would explain why I didn't get to sleep last night till 4am, and why I felt like I was tripping balls today.

Second, one of my supervisors informed me that my schedule would be changning starting tomorrow. For the last six months, I've worked 12-9, give or take a half hour. I took my lunch at 1:30, where I had planned to take the HC and Multivitamins, then have something small when I got home. Starting tomorrow, it's 2:30-11:30. I'll have to take my "lunch" somewhere around 9:30.

That means I gotta have my salad before I leave for work. And I'll have to take my pills before work, because the bottle says I shouldn't take it within 5 hours of bedtime (due to the massive amounts of caffeine).

Shouldn't be too big of a deal, I'll just have to go to the gym before work now, and eat a lighter meal for my "lunch break" during the evening.
