We have it waiting for a meal in a restaurant, or when expecting company.... anticipation for lots of things. Waiting, hoping, wanting... these all are tied with anticipation. Waiting to hear from someone you care about. That can kill you, if you care more than they do, or think they do. At my age, I was hoping I would be a little more patient, but I'm not. Not for this anyway. I want you in my life. My hearts desire, my soulmate, my love........ the air I breathe, my best friend and confidant. Is it too much to ask for, to hope for, to dream for? I am not the most beautiful person in this world, nor am I the ugliest. I have a warm loving, giving heart. All you need do is reach out for me... lightly touch me, I am here.

My Dearest "R",
Anticipation is the icing on the cake of life. The sweetness that keeps thing alive and interesting. And there is nothing better than the anticipation shared by 2 people that care about each other. Patience is the key to all things grand and enjoying the ride to the top is my what gives me patience. Be Honest, Be True to yourself but keep your eyes and options open for experiences that you may not take a chance on because you are looking for that 1 big payoff.
You sound like a very sweet and intelligent woman and I am sure your day in the sun will come.

XO Bill

totally worn out and screaming
"WOO HOO what a ride!" Have a wonderful day!

More in waiting? I have waited my whole life to find someone that loves me and desires me as I do them. I am tired of waiting, but wait I must because I have not, as yet, met him. But who knows. Maybe it will be someone from this site. I am open, and waiting.

Oh, I know in good time, I will find someone. Its the waiting that kills you. You get tired of doing everything alone. Ah, but when I do meet the right one, I will know. I will know with the first look into his eyes. I will just know. So you guys, send me some eye pics..... who knows, it may be you !!

Don, have you talked to your friend, and if so, how did it go? I thought you were going to try to set things right with her. Your profile said you were looking to spoil 1 woman. Can't see her and me at the same time. That wouldn't be fair to you, me or her.

gee, where in the rule book does it say there is a limit to the number of friends a person can have?
i have a few, alot of good things can develope from a friendship. my parents started out as friends in the second grade, look where the went, both passed last year.......after being together for 66 years of marriage.
to me it is a important part of life to get to know someone on a presonal level long before things go bump in the night, this rushed eniroment the we tend to live is the down fall of alot of good relationships.
