Something new.

Well I have started a new workout routine today. Only 364 more days...lol. My idea was to live a little healthier, so diet and the E word have to be part of that...right? I'll let you all know if I can stick with it. Next will be my mind. SCARY! Maybe I'll even go back to college for fun....MAYBE!

I have been trying to keep myself busy lately. The more I do the less I think about my sister. My huband keeps telling me in time I will feel better. I don't want to feel better. I fear that if I feel better then I will forget her. I NEVER want her face or voice to ever leave my mind.

My other siblings are still here and I have been trying hard to make them a daily part of my life. My brother is moving by me and my older sister in a few weeks and I think that will help me a lot more.

Life is so challenging at times.

Trying something new can be an enlightening experience if you are commited to it....Having been through a great deal this last year new things are of great interest for me...even in the darkest of times....I find it helpful to remember to reflect on the days past and choose to apply positive optimizm to only strengthen your own character...for the days ahead...I look forward to whats ahead for the first time in quite awile...Thank you for the hello

I found that the hardest part of excercising is just getting there. If I can drag my bike outside then I have to ride it. See its easy.

Oh I see how that is teacher so everytime I don't want to do something I just drag it out and then I will HAVE to do it.

Just don't feel guilt when you miss a day, week, month, (ok if you miss a whole month then you can feel a little guilt, at that point you need to get back on it) Good luck, hope you get fit. Are you going to keep the butt picture updated so we can see progress? j/c

Keeping yourself busy i promise you will not forget your sister, I did the very same thing, I worked, i moved, i got married (wich was a mistake) i kept myself active busy with activities of the communuity, yet i NEVER forgot my father, because of the class i shared about in my blog I'm allot stronger, and even to this day i still havent forgotten him.

I take it your hubby hasn't lost a family member ? Cause I understand that you don't want to feel better, I understand it exactly right down to the T...

but i promise you with all my heart, take it like this, you have a nasty wound on your elbow....it WILL heal with a light scar, it won't disappear from your elbow, but the scar with wound will still be there. or how about this ..... You will always have the wound of emptiness of your sister, yet in time it will heal, and the rememberance will be there, but the pain will uplift and cease in time
does that make sense ?

and of your email from last week, your welcome
