Gettin' fit for you

Yesterday, I started working with a Trainer at my health club. Just an hour with him and I was sweating like crazy. Not too sore today but I definitely feel it.

For those of you not aware of my philosophy with respect to the gym, I go for a number of reasons.

I owe it to my family and the people I care about so I can be there for them.

The kids I work with depend on me to keep them safe in the activities we do. If I'm suffering physically while doing our various indoor and outdoor events I can't very well be there for them. Should an emergency arise or they need my assistance I want to be able to help.

Exercise reduces stress and allows me to be more productive at work and home. Inactivity begets inactivity.

I go to the gym so I can enjoy all the various things I like to do outside the gym. Bouncing on a trampoline or hiking (whether it be a serious day hike or a stroll along the canal path) or snorkling or skiing or swimming or climbing a tree or chasing down a frisbee or whatever.

Which leads me to you and that out of the gym activity we all know and love: sex. I owe it to you to be the best lover I can be. And part of that is to be physically ready to "attend" to your needs. So when I'm on that exersize bike and feeling tired I think of you and press on. You wouldn't want me to stop too soon would you? I wouldn't want to do that to you.
And you deserve a nice fit man to hold on to and strong arms to hold you tight.

So that's why I do it; so I can do it. All of it.

I know some people dread going to the gym. With the right perspecive and all these reasons it makes it a little easier for me. And it is somewhat social as you make friends with folks that work out at the same time you do.

Are you keeping fit? What do you like to do? Do you use a gym exclusively or is a way to support other activities which keep you heathy? Or do you just do lots of outside activities including marathon love making?

Are you ready for me? Are you ready for your special someone?

I just started working out yesterday. I've been taking vitamins. I don't eat junk or drink pop. I go to the gym. Give me a cpl months I'll be ready.

Good for you going to the gym. It takes a while to weave it into your schedule so other things don't suffer. Make it a pattern and off you go. I go through fits and starts. On again off again. But I still do stuff outside the gym so all is not lost.

Yes indeed, I'm moving forward with a good outlook. It will be tough at times; old tapes playing in my head. But always moving forward.

Health has stalled my activities too. And I can't afford a gym or a personal you and Goddess! I need someone to challenge me......gotta find that person! Good for you SR!

OMG this trainer is NOTHING like the Goddess's. I could never afford one as good as he or to go as often. I just had some spare cash for 6 sessions. Who knows if I can get more.
Find a partner, set a schedule so you feel obligated to be there. Makes it easier. Do things you enjoy.
