so she wants a boob job

My girlfriend has decided she wants a boob job. I may be partly to blame for her intentions, but she has thought about it for some time and even spoken with her cousin who has had hers done. She's got all kinds of ideas for our sex life including me fucking her tits, which, at her current cup size, cannot be done. I've tried to be supportive while realistic at the same time, offering information from places like the FDA and other medical sites I have access to. She's done her own research too and her family is also supporting the decision including finding a great surgeon in Dallas that even I've heard about. I told her that I support her as long as she's doing this because she wants to and as long as she understands both the immediate effects of surgery as well as the possible long term effects.

That being said, she's talking about getting D cups and she's not a big girl. She's only about 100lbs standing 5'3 in height. I told her to think of her back. I think I should go through some pictures with her to see what she likes and help her decide.

I've got plenty of experience with all kinds of breasts, so I have no problem with fake ones at all. I also have very few complaints about her breasts right now, however I wouldn't mind if they were bigger. Although she wears 32B bras, she is probably an A cup. I have bigger boobs than she does and I'm a skinny white guy. I'm just wondering what kind of feedback I should be giving her that I haven't already covered to make sure she is on the right path.

If it is going to make her happy and she has a good self image to start with, go for it. But make her go buy a bra the size she wants, pack it with rice in bags (what most women don't understand is the ADDED weight a boob job can give them) make her wear it for a week. Then let her go buy another bra (probably smaller) repeat experiment untill...
