Love & What it is (or isn't)

Corrupted Nurse got me thinking about some things I heard in the past. I remember somewhere somebody talking about how Hollywood has completely ruined love - love isn't a noun, its a verb. Something that should be worked at and shown. Not something that just is, but something that is constantly becoming. Has the stereotypical/movie view of Love distorted our views and changed our perceptions. Is this why there is so many divorces now? People are expecting that euphoria 24/7?

Do you think the Bundies or the Simpsons represent love in its true form? Or is there something different/better out there?

What freaks me out about the Simpsons, is that after you watch it for about 20 minutes, you figure out it is only a cartoon...LOL..
But dam, ain't that marge a hottie, she is no Wilma Flintstone, but
hot just the same......LOL.....The Cartoon Redneck
