SO SAD

I was watching the music videos and it was playing one of those touchy songs. Its a Mandarin song by a Chinese singer, Guang Liang. The title of the song is Tong Hua. I really hate the clip but I love the song. Well, not that I hate the clip because it was not nice but the whole thing just makes me teary whenever I watch it. Not just once. I always tear to sad songs, movies or just reading sad stories. Nothing sentimental to them personally. The feeling just comes naturally. But the strange thing is if I see something really sad in front of me, I do not cry.

How will you react if you watch, read or listen to sad stuff?

Me too have active tear glands .. but I was told this is pretty normal for people.. even for a guy..

Anyone remember the show Kramer vs Kramer by Dustin Hoffman? I realised how touching relationships can be ..

I know the song and know how to sing it,.. but haven't watched the mtv,.. is it really such a tear-jerker? What happened during the video? Did someone die?

Sad songs are written to invoke emotion, then when it is reinforced with visual images, they make you cry.

I cry too. The movie "The Color Purple" makes me cry like a little baby at the very end everytime I watch it. I'm sure it is quit humorous to see a grown man cry...

My tear glands get real active when I watch a sad movie or listen to sad song. But its a good way to release stress as I don't usually cry during normal days.

Like you, I'll cry.
That's why I prefer listening or watching more upbeat stuff.

the same as you. I have made a new male friend on here that we decided to meet, and do some bartering. Him fixing my lawn tractor in exchange for a professional massage. He confessed when here when I noticed he was sick that he has lupus. Its like a walking time bomb ready to go off any minute. I hardly know this man except for his extreme caring attitude and honestsy and I can hardly hold back the tears just thinking of him.

We meet new friends and then sometimes they dissappear but to make a new friend and have them die from a dreadful immune system disease, it is just so emotional. I don't want to back out on being his friend now because he needs all the friends he can get but wow it sure is hard.

Apparently the song was our song wif my ex. she hardly understand mandarin but somehow she liked the song and the lyrics of it. so sad.
Yes there aren't any fairytales it only happened in dreams. We either make our best effort in the relationships or just leave it if you can't see improvements. The song helped you to realise to live in more reality tho.
