Confusion within your mind;
a needle poking your wit all the time;
a blurred state and not being able to rhyme.

Falling toward the hole of negativity,
asking yourself if you are wrong to be
wanting not to be angry.

On the brink of combusting inside
with the energy of sprinting a mile,
never forgiving and without a smile.

Hi SA,

I know anger too.
I think it is in my genes but ... haven't seen it of late. Some advice thro experiences -

1. When angry with a person - never look at him/her. Walk away to cool down. Look at a plant or sing a song till your feelings subside.
Drink a glass of cold water.

2. When angry with yourself, do the same as above. Dun stay in one place where you were angry. Go out for some fresh air. Walk, run.

This latest incident - 2 days back - where I lost my car keys in my house. I was ranting and raving, foul words spewing out. Took me half an hour to locate it. I tried to cool down by saying aloud
`Nothing can be done by anger. Cool it !'
But easier said then done.

Another bout happened when I was very tired.
I was driving back through a jam when a pick-up crossed my path. I horned and horned. Chased him through the streets.
Stopped at a traffic junction and SHOUTED at him. Glad the driver never looked at me. Then it passed. I felt so sad at myself.

So you see. I know ANGER.
