weekend of sex and rock-n-roll

well here we go..
Last weekend went all the way back to 15 yrs old at a concert.. going crazy wen the lead guitarist would look right in to my eyes as he strummed his heart out.. and I knew it was all for me, even though there were like 5000 fans behind me..
I'm a huge music fan and love live concerts.. I'm the one dancing all over the place in a crowd..

I love all music.. jazz ,soultry blues. But Southern rock is my favorite.. Skynyrd.. Hatchet.. Black foot..I have been to many and have been lucky nuff to go back stage a few times.. The story's I will never tell.

Well this last past weekend saw The new Molly Hatchet
at a fair... now remember theses guys use to pack huge stadiums..
and now there at a fair..and dayum now they recognize me..lol.. was invited back stage with the hubby..They offered us food drink and great conversation.. when it use to be.. Here have a toke and my Hotel room is ... I even had to offer one a rolaid cause he had a tummy ache.. and omg.. they had bottle water.. wooohoooo

But you know what.. They rocked.. made me sooo proud.. put on a hell of a show. It made me realize they have the music in them, and are dedicated to keep it alive.. and they are still having one hell of a time.

They made me feel 16 again.. and when they played my song "Dreams" I went nuts.. jumping and screaming... and yes.. (.)(.) flashed the band
woooohooooooo

even let hubby get frisky with me in the parking lot as we were leaving.in the back seat... lol

I'm so happy i'm growing up

so tell me.. do live concerts bring it out of you??

The first album I ever listened to in its entirety was Skynyrd's double-live One More From the Road. I've loved them ever since. Of course, I'm more of a "metal head" (80's style" but Skynyrd will always rock my party!

And yes, live shows do something so freeing to me that I become nearly another person - one with no cares, concerns, worries or complaints... just wants it LOUDER!!!!

Ah, Its you again, Your Angel Feathers and your Blood Stains...

OK. I posted the story on the band days. It's not too exciting, but I hope you like it.

Music itself is beautiful thing and live, you just go with flow and forget you have somebody beside you, seems you loved it.

Yes. I love concerts...even if I'm so for away that the band look like ants. You just feed off of the people around you. Sounds like you had a great time!!

Whether it's a string quartet at the Sculpture Museum, the Beatle cover band at the local bar, or even taking my son to a Metallica concert.... there's something about live music the energy, emotion,...everything transcends that of a recording...

I have not been to a concert in a while. I used to go see a friends band, before they broke up, and it made me feel like a teenager again. I used to be in a band back in the day and we used to jam with my friends band all the time. We even did some shows together. So when I saw them on stage, it would bring back some great memories for me. Boy do I miss being in a band.

Live concerts have always been the most fun to me. Sadly, I haven't been able to go to one in years. Hoping to rememdy that this summer!!

Saturday night at Gulf Coast, Tony the lounge singer did all he right songs too. Plus his wife was a doll and we became instant friends. The music brought us all together and say, it was just like the old days.
Truly,

Come play naked in the sunshine and dance naked under the stars.
