Class vs. The Indians

I started BioMedical Ethics. The first
class was actually July 3rd and I wasn't there.

Oops! I have no idea why all the fuss about having class the day before a national holiday. Personally, call July 3rd a waste of time and give us the day off, come on!

July 3rd was a good time. I was down at the Indians vs. Yankees game and saw fireworks. We kicked some major Yankee butt that night and July 4th, 5-2 and 19-1.

Go Tribe!

Toodles!

Beating the Yankees is always a good thing. Always.

Could you do us Tiger fans a favor, and beat the White Sox the next time you play them, too?

I enjoyed the wins too, much more so than their losses. But, is it too much to ask for one Cleveland team to win at least one championship in our lifetime? Or least give us an owner who isn't a moron?

I don't know about the owner of the Indians, but Mark Shapiro is doing a great job as the GM. I fully expected Cleveland to be there with the White Sox for the division title this year, but it's been the case that almost every player except Hafner took a step backwards at the same time. You can't predict that.

I still like Cleveland's young talent, and they should be good over the next few years. I don't know that it will do them much good, because everyone in the division except the Royals is loaded with young pitching talent and a few hitters. The AL Central has come a long, long way from three years ago, when it was the worst division in baseball.
