National Vegetarian Week

Well, it is where I am.

Meet
Vegthing..I made him on vegsoc.org, just for the helluvit. I think he looks like a surreal green poodle.

There are also a couple of (pretty lame) rude food movies on there if you know where to look but I've seen far ruder food here and there on the Net from time to time. And before that gets blown into something it isn't, I'm not into 9½ Weeks style thingy, I just happened to spot it sometimes.

I did steam over a mail I got this morning from a friend; took me a while to calm down and stop being upset and angry. Seems there are
(and I use the term loosely) people at deependdining.blogspot.com who enjoy eating creatures whilst they're still alive, or as near as dammit. I hope to fuck I never see 'em in a restaurant because I'll be up on an assault charge afterwards.

I've got no problem with people eating meat if that's their choice but I've got every problem in the world with stupid sad brainless soulless bastards with nothing better to do but feed their piggy little appetites with no thought or kindness for any other living thing. What they do is not only vicious but it's utterly pointless. if you want to eat meat, at least do it kindly and with respect for the donor of the meal. These sick bastards actually eat stuff like this? and laugh?? I want to cry.

I'm finding it very hard right now to balance their feeble existences out when I think of good people dying every day from hunger or from miserable dignity-stripping diseases. Had I the choice, I'd switch them without a moment's hesitation.

Vegthing is wonderful.Probably do quite well on this site with it's own profile page, there's enough nutters out there to consider the prospect.Ah, you're a sensitive soul lass, "blessed are the vegetarians".You should rise above it and don't let the fuckwits bring you down. Unfortunately in an imperfect universe they are a necessary evil. As you know Karma will deal with them ultimately, it's no odds.Suggest good cuppa, write a few more e-mails, relax and stretch out on your best rug.

OMG, a mutant poodle...

I'm openly carnivorous but I occasionally do a vegetarian day, two or three times a month on average.
