Being... the problem.

Someone mentioned that I may wish to address the problem of being. Having given it some thought... I think... for the problem of being... there are infinte equations of which all are true.

Of course I could be an ass and say, "Well you take my first post and add it to Being..."
Being + Nothing = Problem solved.

If you prefer to "wallow in the mire"...

To be, or not to be: that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them? To die: to sleep;
No more; and by a sleep to say we end
The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to, 'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep;
To sleep: perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub;
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause: there's the respect
That makes calamity of so long life;
For who would bear the whips and scorns of time,
The oppressor's wrong, the proud man's contumely,
The pangs of despised love, the law's delay,
The insolence of office and the spurns
That patient merit of the unworthy takes,
When he himself might his quietus make
With a bare bodkin? who would fardels bear,
To grunt and sweat under a weary life,
But that the dread of something after death,
The undiscover'd country from whose bourn
No traveller returns, puzzles the will
And makes us rather bear those ills we have
Than fly to others that we know not of?
Thus conscience does make cowards of us all;
And thus the native hue of resolution
Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought,
And enterprises of great pith and moment
With this regard their currents turn awry,
And lose the name of action.--Soft you now!
The fair Ophelia! Nymph, in thy orisons
Be all my sins remember'd.

*Ack!* Being + Shakespeare =

Me... I never could understand Shakespeare! Below are some quotes that coincide with the way I feel about life and are easily understood.

And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.-- Abraham Lincoln

Difficult times have helped me to understand better than before, how infinitely rich and beautiful life is in every way, and that so many things that one goes worrying about are of no importance whatsoever...-- Isak Dinesen

There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle. -- Albert Einstein

The tragedy of life is not that it ends so soon, but that we wait so long to begin it. -- Anonymous

Life consists not in holding good cards but in playing those you hold well. -- Josh Billings

... and maybe the best quote of all...

All of the animals except for man know that the principle business of life is to enjoy it.-- Samuel Butler

If I was about 40 years older, I think I'd be an Einstein groupie.

What a guy...

Hi Phoenix D,

EEEEEEEEGAAAAAAAAAD You nearly scared me with that Shakespearre stuff. My BF is a huge admirer of his writings...but he is a complete academic and a snob, hehehe.
I do like E C's thoughts..." though everything is a miracle?...the man was truly a Genuis with a heart and soul.
