One thing I really hate...

Is the song "Happy Birthday"!

I NEVER sing it to anyone. I cannot sing in tune at all so I am not going to embarass myself and the birthday person with my bad singing.

And for the last few years I have refused to let anyone sing it at my birthday! As soon as the cake is there I'm blowing out the candles and chopping it up.

I hate being the centre of attention and feel like a total dork sitting there while EVERYONE is singing a stupid song to me. Not in tune or time usually!

Sometimes at work all the waitresses have to go out with the cake and sing happy birthday to the birthday person. I just carry the cake so I can concentrate on not letting the candles go out so I don't have to sing lol.

Tonight almost every bloody table had a birthday person on it so I heard that damn song a million times! I even got the chef to whip up two slices of cakes since the family of a 6 year old girl had forgotten to get her a cake! And the friends of an older women didn't bring her any either.

Another late night tonight, but the supervisor ordered us toasted sandwiches and wedges which we ate for dinner at about 12.30am. Now I am too full to go to sleep hehe and I know I will need to get up to pee if I sleep now and ALL the lightbulbs along our very long hallway have blown and I'm too scared to go in the dark since its at the total opposite end of my house lol.

If you are not going to sing to me, you have to do the happy dance with me

OK Sassy - I'll do the dance of the doubleback human with you and save Peche the bother!!

Oh, and Peche You deserved a BIG tip for arranging that slice of cake for the little girl - a very special thing to do!

I don't imagine that your singing could be all that bad. Most people doubt their ability but can manage a tune ok. I am the exception to that rule, my singing voice is exactly the same as my speaking voice - ONLY LOUDER. If you heard me speak, you'd be able to appreciate what a massive problem that is.

That song is reeeally fucking annoying!
