How our weekend went

Some things that I learned about wickedeasy from her visit this weekend:

-Class is something that cannot be bought; it comes from within...and this lady has it in spades.

-It is true that two people could have never met, but still act as long lost sisters when they finally meet. Case in point - My lady & wickedeasy. When they first laid eyes on each other, it was like they had known each other all their lives.

-It is possible to help someone with just a touch of your hand.

-It is quite alright to give someone you just met a piece of your heart. For instance, when wicked easy left Monday afternoon, I know I felt a piece of my heart was gone.

Some things that wicked easy learned from us (I hope) :

-Fried alligator isn't too bad...just tough.

-Hush puppies aren't just the name of a shoe, it's a Southern treat.

-WHEREINTHEHELLISFRANKLINVA? is not just a slogan, but the way we feel down here (You have to come here to find out what that slogan means, my friends)

-We don't know strangers down here; everybody is either a friend, neighbor, or a relation in some way.

What the three of us learned:

-That three people can spend time together...sharing laughter, tears, opinions, disputes, love, heartache...and grow closer as friends at the end.

To my friend, WE...thank you darlin' made for a wonderful weekend. I learned a lot from you in just the brief time we spent together. I hope you enjoyed yourself and you know that you always have a place down here whenever you want to come back.

Very timely visit from a dear friend to you and lady. It sounds like it was an awesome weekend and that you all enjoyed each other and all took something away with you. What an honor to have a friend like wickedeasy.

For other reasons, she holds a special place in my heart as well.*hugs*

Friendships are formed such like the strands of a coocoon. Each thread is wrapped carefully around the other, ensuring the ends don't ravel. What comes from this slow formation is the beauty from within.

May all your friendships bring beauty into your lives.

Would you like some sweeties little girl
    Come a little closer
I'm gonna show you a brand new world tonight

I've got a palace full of fantasy
Ready made just for you and me
Once you're there I'm gonna take you for a ride

I got a one way ticket
To take you to the other side
I got a one way ticket so come on darling don't be shy

They call me Mr. Tinker Train
That's how I got to get my name
They call me Mr. Tinker Train
So come along and play my game
    You'll never be the same

Close the curtains and turn out the light
Beneath my wing it's gonna be alright
A little secret just for you and me

I've got the kind of toys you've never seen
    Manmade and a bit obscene
Little angel come and sit up on my knee

" Can you say Mr Tinker Train? Haw, Haw, Haw "!!!

No use crying 'cause you can't go back
    Now you're here to stay
You can't run, you can't hide
You can't tell me what I feel inside

*chuckles quietly*

This is what happens when the parents forget to turn netnanny on before they leave for work....junior gets on the computer and acts childish.

Who's that knocking on the door, son? Could it be the authorities...wanting to ask questions about someone filing a false claim to the authorities?

Just remember....don't drop the soap, kid.

Girl, I had gator once. I think I'll take gator over girts tho.
They have a dandy place here that serves up the gator just right.
At least you have the option of spittin' out gator, you have to swallow grits or ya mammie jumps up and jack-smacks ya!

Ya, Dark One, I think we can give Wicked a "day pass" into the south.

Warm huggies 2ya, Dark one

and BTW ... I love all the choices & leather for good measure
