Yippppeeeee!! I'm seeeing green

Got up this morning and looked at the mountain right in the front of us. Two days ago it was solid white with snow. This morning the snow is gone, there are 7 small very green trees and trwo patches where there is actually some green grass showing. Maybe, just maybe, winter is finally over.
Now if we can just get some warm weather. Wind chill is 26deg F this morning. Still it is much better than seeing everything covered in white.

It may be beautiful, but it does get old after a while.

The good thing is it may finally get me out of the blaaaaaah mood I have been in for way over a week now.
Would be nice to be my old cheerful self again.

Big smiles for everyone today. LOL

i am sick of rain...

phoenix hon, what kind of berries are brown?

i wonder about that expression.. i personally have never seen brown berries.. i have blueberries, strawberries, blackberries (that are kind of deep deep purple) raspberries, and a type of cranberry in the yard.. in the wilds here there are salmon berries, saskatoons, thimble berries, something that looks like blueberries but don't taste like them...huckleberries and the wild varieties of cranberries, blackberries and strawberries.. the only thing brown are the bears that eat them....but they are called black bears... heheh

Oh sure Phoenix,
go ahead and brag, see if I care!!! lol lol lol

Glad someone is getting beautiful; weather. We will get ours eventually. ThenI can start taking pictures again of sunrises and sunsets and such.

Krissy, I never saw any brown berries I want to eat.

Wish we had salmon berries close by here, but I have to drive about ten hours to find the first ones that I know of that aren't on private property and for the owners use only. Hell two hours more of driving and I can pick baked apple berries.

SSS Normally I would be running around in a T-shirt this time of year. Don't know what happened this year though.

Wasn't here in January but hear tell it was down to 30 below in our area.

Was in the South then and in New Jersey in Feburary. Just in time to hit the big storm the East Coast got then.
