Exercising 101: Crash Course in Cardio

Oh I know you want those abs. And ladies you want to fit into that bikini...yeahhhh I hope we all do. Like I said in my other post, I believe in a healthy mind, body and soul. A healthy mind cannot exist without a healthy body or soul. I know you've all found the pleasures of the soul and some may have found pleasure for the mind, but you can't have the pleasure of the body without a healthy body.

Cardio, 30 mins, 5 days a week. Hell even four days a week. All you have to do is jog. Grab a cd player, iPod, whatever and run on the treadmill, outside, WHEREVER. It doesn't require that much effort. Ok ok... so you hate jogging.

So unless you're having amazing, ROUGH and scandalous sex EVERYDAY to the point where you're either in an intermediate or advanced level of the Kama Sutra, you better get your ass out and exercise. Google the Kama Sutra; it's pretty fun.

Anyway, cardio, stairmaster...skip steps when going up the stairs. Tighten your stomach all day and you'll find yourself with a six pack after a month of doing it everyday. But sweat, find a sport...swim. Hell if you go swimming you're bound to meet someone, if not at least you'd have a great aesthetic environment right?!

My point is that we all need to stay active with more than just our sexual encounters. You'll find more enjoyment and even LASTING enjoyment if you build your lung capacity with aerobic cardio workouts. 30 mins, 4 days a week and that's the least that I want from you all. No excuses. Just do it. The mind cannot be healthy without a healthy body.

i'll stick with my eliptical machine

That's perfect Gossip. That's what I'm saying though, just get out there and do it. Whatever you enjoy, just some sort of action, consistent and that's moderately to extremely demanding on your body for 30 mins 4 days a week at least. Other wise, keep on rocking that machine.
