About me


First, let me start by saying that I practice what I preach. The experiences and advices I will share with you are solely based on my experience and my personal results. I am not going to go into scientific discussions about anything.

The whole goal of this is to help other members to motivate themselves to accomplish their goals. That's about it.

I have been getting in shape for the last 14 months or so. I was a non muscular frame (except my legs) of 215lbs, a waist that was tight in 38" pants.

These days (yes, I am still losing weight) I am at 180lbs, 35lbs lighter with much more muscle mass. I fit very comfortably in a pair of 34".

So that's it for today, tomorow, where to start with changing your nutrition.

Oh yeah, yesterday was my day off, today I will do a quick 45 minutes weight workout.
