I dragged my ass back to the gym today. I really didn't want to do it, but I know that if I don't, I'll gain 80 lbs and won't be able to lost it again. So I went. I only spent 30 minutes on the treadmill. Gotta work my way up again. After 6 months off, it's hard to make yourself do it. So tomorrow I'll go back and hopefully do a little bit more, a little bit higher intensity and eventually work my way up to a run. I would feel so good then.

When I have a hard time getting my ass motivated for the gym - I think of the feeling I have when I am done with my workout and am leaving the gym. It's a feeling of self-worth, accomplishment, fatigue (in a good way), and pride rolled into one.

And, if that doesn't work, you can think of the fellas you want to keep droolin'... lol

At least u went in. The hardest part is of course getting started and keep doing it. I have started a few times and stop once I lose some. I am at it again and I pant to stay. I don't go to a gym tho. I have all the stuff in my home and I make use of the stairs.
