Pretty Good :)

It is amazing, all the stuff that you can learn in one day.

First how something as little as a speeding ticket can cause you to lose your job with a very good company.

No it didn’t happen to me it just happen to one of the temps that I worked with, so now I’m really alone at work today, besides my boss. I really don’t know how I am going to like this at all.

Second I learn if you are over the age of 45 and male it is ok to say whatever you would like to your female co-workers that are half your age and still have a job to come to ever day, until they run your background check.

I never really liked this temp, the minute he walked through the door, and I thought he was a creepy old guy. I of course let some of the other guys know that I didn’t like him, and they would always come “checking” on me to make sure I was ok and didn’t need any help, while this creepy old guy was running the transport next to me.

Third its nice when you are seen as the best operator in the afternoon and everyone trusts you to get everything out on time, and likes your work.

Everyone always told me how fast I got my runs out, and how well they were ran with out any problems, but yester day, I don’t know it just felt even better hearing it all after two of our temps got told they could not come back. It really is an odd thing, being told this almost on a daily bases, but I just felt it was finely true yesterday.

Fourth, age really doesn’t have to do with how you are or are not going to like someone it is the person as a whole really.

One of the techs that work on the transport and some of the other machines around the department asked me what I would do if someone his age was to ask me out. I told him it all depends on the mood I’m in when they ask me. Yes I know he is maybe just half my age, but still, I find myself getting along with older people of either gender better then people my own age at times.

All-in-all yesterday was a pretty good day, I was happy all day, no matter what was said or done by another person. And all of it was happening in an eight hour time period at work, when I normally only work six hours.

Now I’m really looking forward to going to work for the rest of the week.
