I've Seen it 100 times

I'm a movie watcher. My vast movie collection is ridiculous. Especially since I rarely watch any of them.

There are movies that I literally seen a 100 times..or more. I never miss them when they are on. Gone With The Wind is one of them. It was on the past week and I watched it like I had never seen it before.

I'm sitting here now , watching "The Alamo". I own it..but yet I watch it on the movie channel. Sometimes twice a day. Is that not the most ridiculous thing you have ever heard?

If "Caddyshack" came on 3 times a day..I'd watch it every time. Even if it was on TV and had scenes cut out. It's just one of those that I love, every time!

At Christmas time.. I live for "A Christmas Story"...TNT has it on for 24 hours..and I never change the channel that whole time.

Am I the only one? Someone who can watch the same movie...over and over? Maybe I need to have more things to do with my time. When I'm working late at night -- it's good to have a familiar movie on. That way I really can't miss any scenes, I already know what happens.

Do you have any movies you watch over and over??

Maybe they will find me one day...sitting in my rocker, popcorn in hand.... "Caddyshack" on repeat....it's been replaying over and over...for weeks.

There are many movies I can watch over and over. Just today, I had to sit and watch the last hour of Heat. And, shortly after, Lethal Weapon was on. I scared myself by spitting out the dialogue nearly word for word. It all depends on my mood. A movie that I like - even if it's not very good - can feel like an old frined in the room. I welcome its comfort and familiarity.

Ah, Its you again, Your Angel Feathers and your Blood Stains...

I love reading about what everyone else is watching. I could have had a HUGE list...probably means I spend too much time in front of the tube.

But I should add - Shawshank Redemption, Breakfast Club, Animal House, Armageddon and Dances With Wolves.

Goodness, I need a life... LOL

Thanks for all the responses!!

The Maltese Falcon. I think I know about every word in the movie by heart, but still watch it, anyway. *winking* ...I own it, and also watch it on TCM pretty much every time.
Great question, HotTXpussy4u. *smiling broadly*
