If you could turn back time...................

How far back would you go? And why? What would you want to change about the path your life has taken? If you knew then what you know now, how would you change, YOU?

Myself, I would go back to when I was 16. Instead of getting married to get out of my disfunctional house, I would have moved back to my fathers, in Missouri.

This one change would have made a big difference in the out come of my life!

And I would have loved to have been able to have met mrrdking at this time in my life.

So tell me what you would change and how it would change your life now!

mzhunyhole-- Yep girl, my ex was a cheater and a beater, 10 years lost to him, just to spend another 3 with another cheater and a beater. But the on change would have made it all go away!

I wouldn't change a thing... yeah there is bad shit that has happened... but some wonderful things have come out of the worst things... and you can separate them. So I live with it all... and try to make better of tomorrow.

I have such I probably trying to decide. Mainly cause I doubt much of importance would change. When I went to my 20th high school reunion there was several comments about how nobody had really changed. We all looked different, but when it came to personalities we were all still about how we remembered each other from high school. Who I am is pretty much constant, and will likely stay that way.

I dated a girl after my divorce who was 5 yrs younger than I (me 27, her 22) and we had an open relationship. We were together 6 months and she moved to Australia to teach for a year...I should have waited it out...or gone with her.

Always wonder what might have been...especially now.

I wrote this, because there is a man I want more then anything in the world to spend the rest of my life with, and I will never be able to be with him the way I want to. And this kills me every day to think about it. I always think, if only I could go back in time, and I could be with him forever! I may flirt and joke on here, and I have friends who have a piece of my heart, but this one man is my true soul mate, and I can never be by his side, totally! I am just happy for what I can get!

I know this is an old post but I couldn't pass it up. I'd only go back and change something if other things wouldn't be too effected as well. By that I mean I would have steered clear of my wife but if I did that I wouldn't have my kidlets. They are my world but I need one to have gotten the other. I'd have waited though to find someone else to marry. She's a good person but just not for me in the long run. The quest for an open minded, free spirited FWB is on!!!

TeddyBaral--I know exactly what you mean. I wish I was single and had a whole string of FWB, and none attached!
