The beginning.

Well, here are my stats (the ones that matter) taken last Sunday:

Weight, in the nude - 186.8 lbs
Waist size, relaxed - 39.8 inches (dear God)
Estimated bodyfat percentage - 29.6% (ouch)

In my profile, I've listed my bodytype as "a little extra padding", but after pondering on these stats, I'm going to change it to "large" until I can get my fat percentage below 20%. I obviously have more than just a "little" padding.

My long-term goals are:

Weight - 143 lbs
waist size - 31 inches
bodyfat percentage - 10%

These targets seem like a million miles away... sigh. Looks like this is going to take a while.

I also have some weight training records here:

Trap bar deadlift - 65kg x 10 reps x 2 sets
Stiff-legged deadlift - 56kg x 10 reps x 2 sets
Bench press - 38.25kg x 10 x 2
Standing overhead press - 14.5kg x 10 x 2
One arm row - 17.75kg x 10 x 2

My weight training goals? Simple. Just keep progressively lifting heavier.
