Are they really willing to try?

(listening to The Killers - Hot Fuss)

While reading people's profiles I wonder if they mean what they say. The number of people who will write to the tune of "want to meet new people and try new things", and then place a number of restrictions as to age, body size, distance, smoking, drinking, height. In essence they are willing to try new things but only with the right people, yet they do not know how much more fun they could have if they opened their restrictions.

Last week I wrote to a young woman, she simply asked that to be told what I would like to do with her. I looked at her photo for a couple of minutes and then let my fingers dance on the keyboard as I'd like them to dance on her thighs.

I was very pleasently surprised when she wrote back to me, but she is now off the market (her term not mine). But she is willing to set me up with a friend of hers.

Her reply was lovely and I hope that I can meet her to just give her a thank you hug.

You never know until you try!

but as Homer says... "Trying is just the first step towards failure!"

True homer, but the pleasures that can be gained by a successful try, far out weigh the feelings of dejection!

So I hope....
