And not for reasons you might think.
See, I don't go there.

In an effort to make myself feel better, I started working out again. Not doing weights yet, but I did do a bike ride after work last night. I don't know how far I went, maybe 6 miles. It took about 30 minutes. I woke up feeling fine this morning until I sat in this chair. That's the bad thing about bike riding. It causes callouses on your coochie.

OOOOhh .A little saddle sore hey. Try a more padded saddle if you are gonna keep it up. Think of it this way though...your coochie will be mega firm if you keep it up! BUNS OF STEEL!

Give it a couple more days back in the saddle - the pain goes away after a week or so on the bike... and the results?.... yummy!

try adjusting the height on the seat too. It will change your posture and may help. Or you could just spend 30 minutes riding some guy May still be sore but hell, the guy should be happy LOL
