I'm going to Cancun in April and the day I get back to OKC I'm flying out to Vegas with some friends. I'm partying for my 35th birthday. SO I need some motivation. See, I still want to drop 15-20 lbs. I want to get into a size 8. It's not coming off so easy any more. Now I have to work for it. Unfortunately for me, health has never been a motivating factor. I like real, physical rewards. Money would be nice. There's not anyone offering me Money to lose weight though.
I had an earlier post about my personal trainer fantasy. I want to make it reality now. So if there are any takers out there...let's work out a deal.

Drink 64 oz of water a day, eat 2 proteins, 3 veggies, 3 fruits, 1 dairy, and 2 starches. You will lose about 2 lbs per week. THE WATER IS A MUST and dont eat salt. Get some morton's lite salt!

I would think that a trip to Cancun and Las Vegas would be motivating enough.

Excellent. Now that would be great motivation. Best of luck finding a "trainer" to help out. No doubt there are plenty of qualified candidates in your area.

I went back and read your earlier post on the trainer fantasy...maybe you just need the right pick-up/curiosity elevating line?

You, pointing to a little extra padding on an inner thigh, "Do you have any idea how hard it is to get this off?"

or "If someone could just show me the right exercises to do in the comfort of my own bed, they'd be my hero!"

OK, maybe they sound too desparate...but ultimately sharing your fantasy with the right trainer might be a hoot!! Keep looking!

I have several great cardio workouts I would love to show you! Best part is they can work in lots of places. The gym, the family bathroom at a hockey game and of course, at home

awesome, hockey. I'll be at the game tomorrow night. Meet me in the family restroom during the 1st intermission!

Well for me, phentermine has helped a lot. My Dr. Bobby Jacobs started me on them Jan 19,2006 and I have dropped 15 lbs in 3.5 weeks. I stick to the diet and workout he gave me. So in a few more weeks I will have my liposuction and breast augmentation.

Wow, go to dr jacobs too? So do I. And he had me on phentermine before, but I don't know if he'd give it to me again. I need to go back for a checkup anyway.
