DREAMS, WHAT DO THEY MEAN

I have had a reoccurring dream where I always find my self under water, looking for the surface but to make a long dream short, I never seem to get my head above water, just my nose and lips taste the sweet air.Anyone have any insight on dreams.

From The Dreamer's Dictionary, Stearn Robinson & Tom Corbett, copyright 1974:

Drown. An unfortunate omen pertaining to business interests, unless you (or the drowning person) was revived or rescued, in which case you will get a chance to recoup your losses through the invervention of a friend.

Air. The interpretation of this dream varies greatly according to its aspect. If the air wass clear and enjoyable, it indicates success; however, cloudy, foggy, or misty air suggest you should postpone any important decisions for a few days and reconsider any proposed changes.

Water. The meaning, of course, depends on the details and the action, but as a general guide, clear calm water is a favorable omen, while rough or murky water signifies difficulties.

Sounds to me like you've got some business challenges coming up and the light at the end of the tunnel is a little farther off than you would like. It would be interesting to see if the dream changes, with perhaps you getting your head above water (ooh, now THERE's a metaphor to consider) as you work through the challenges.
