It's not just guys

I'm so happy.

I just got an email "quick reply" from a woman who obviously didn't read my email.

Readers Digest version:
Her profile said she wanted to chat. My email said let's chat. Her quick response I don't do "discreet" encounters.

So why does this exchange make me happy? After reading the MANY complaints by women about guys who don't read ... it was nice to learn that it's not just guys who don't read.

Men everywhere are now vindicated. (That's how it works, right? Guys do a lot wrong, then the girl does one little thing wrong, and it's all even - right? lol)

OK ...truth be told, most days any response from a woman makes me happy and today's been just a so-so day, which means the "happy" threshold was really low ... so, as you are already thinking, it didn't take much to make me happy today.

So I'm easy, big deal.

Okay - I know it's just MY opinion....but here goes. (starts ducking head now - don't throw things at me)

You sent email - she immediately went to your profile (as I do many times)...she Immediately sees that you are married - which you are honest enough to say what you are wanting. I will "assume" she was married, since you did say that was what you wanted.

Married = discrete - - well, in my book. Meaning they want to hide the relationship from public view.

NOW - if she was NOT MARRIED - - well then , you stuck your own foot in the bear trap.

At least she replied - I've resulted to just DELETE and move on. Quick Reply or Just Delete? - - seems no matter how it's done, the recipient is not happy.

I wish ya luck is a good post and it's good to know the shoe fits on EVERYONE'S Foot. {=}

At what point did I ask for logic?
Was that hidden in my post somewhere? Did I forget to use the logic checker again?

Her profile had the "prefer not to say", which in my book means married. My email was clear about chatting, because I READ her profile ... I actually do read them ... didn't realize that I can't even talk to non-married women.

Or does chatting = sex? Brightens up ... if it does, then I've had a lot more sex than I thought.

Since you and I don't know each other, I'll play it safe and tell you that all of this response is just kidding around, as was the original post.

Hey, wanna swap books? (in my book, book = bodily fluids) ooo, that sounds amazingly unromantic, doesn't it.

Thanks for your comment. *S*

Wow, I am a little scared to post, but here are my two cents:

i thought the post was really funny! You have a legitimate point, we women can stop complaining!

Scared to post? Don't be. Your two cents is always appreciated. *S* Thank you for your kind remarks.

And yes, women CAN stop complaining, but will they? Thousands of years of history say "No". LOL

You're absolutely right...women are guilty of it too.

Logic?? You are talking with a TRUE blonde...LOL I can't stop thinking about chatting=sex... I remember my first report card in 1st grade - I got in trouble for too much chatting in class!!!!! Not bad for a 6 year old...who knew I was SO experienced???

I'm always full of humor sweetie, you've been to my blogs...laughter makes the heart glow. Laughter = orgasm {=}

chatting = sex (btw ... naughty girl)
laughter = orgasm
the guy's eye's glazing over from too much chat = falling asleep after sex.

The analogy does hold up ... *S*
