Day Five!

Things are looking up... I've been making new friends and aquaitances on the site, and thus I'm happy.

Rewatched Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. I love this movie-It's awesome! Plus, the soundtrack is spectacular. I enjoy the Japanese method of mixing many different styles of Western music into unique and utterly beautiful works of art. Western rock opera is not quite as advanced-Mainly because they don't use it's relative lack of emotional expression correctly. Violins and other members of the string family can express vivid and varied emotion with a great deal of depth, from joy to sadness to anger, and everything in between. The guitar simply lacks the needed "depth" of pitch and tone to convey complex emotions well. It can express emotion, of course, but not as eloquently as a violin. Probably due to the fact that you pluck the strings on the guitar, reducing it's intensity of sound.

What do you guys think about it?
